Robustness is a unique selling point for achieving a high market readiness level. Within measurement systems, essential components to be robustified are electronic backends for rapid signal processing and housing protecting the sensitive parts from harsh environmental conditions.
ASINCO develops electronic and housing robustification for its radar-based measurement technology with following characteristics:
- Non-contact, universal radar sensor technology for industrial exploitation enabling real-time monitoring and robust control of processes
- High measuring accuracy in the sub-mm range with simultaneous robustness against adverse environmental conditions (high temperatures, dust, humidity, corrosive gases, etc.)
- Robustified system design of radar sensors, flexible use in the equipment for retrofitting existing production plants, with online process signal pre-processing, filter and compensation algorithms, tracking control
- Cost-effective, modular and reproducible solutions
