With PTA (pasta tracker project) we are changing the perception of consumers when buying a simple product like pasta. The project is about the traceability of  pasta production process. Tracking all the pasta production chain means to communicate internally to the company and externally to the customers what has happened during the pasta production process. By leveraging blockchain technology it will be possible to collect and store data about the “history” of the pasta. Those data are exportable in the cloud and use them in the post-production commercial chain, up to the final customers.
